Emz4massage Reiki Courses are different to other Emz4massage courses, as the reiki courses are integrated, where theory and practical lessons run hand-in-hand, allowing students to learn concepts while immediately applying them.
Tools (and/or experience) you will need to do Reiki Level 1
Reiki level 1 is for total beginners! Best to bring notepad and pen.
Reiki Level 1
We’ll cover the foundations of Reiki Level 1. You’ll learn what Reiki is, how it came to others, the Reiki Precepts, how to stimulate your own energy, and the importance of self-healing. After each section there will be a few questions to answer, to help the information to sink in.
