How to Book a Training Course

You can book a course online through Emz4massage website, to secure your place on any of our training courses you must fill in a booking form, sign terms and conditions and have paid in full. The forms for you to fill in will be sent to you by email.

 

“To make sure your place is secured the payment must be received within 7 days of booking your course, once paid you will receive a confirmation email and welcome pack including, Workbook and manual to work through at home for home study.

Booking Cancellations

 

You are entitled to a seven-day cooling off period which entitles you to receive your full payment should you need to cancel your booking. Any cancellations must be notified within seven days of booking the course, if we don’t receive written confirmation within this time frame all course costs will be lost, as fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Withdrawal from a commenced course

If you need to withdraw from a course for any reason once it has commenced, you will not receive a refund. Every effort will be made to enable you to attend the next scheduled course, however this may be subject to additional costs.

 

Cancellation or amendment of training

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a training course we will offer you a secured place on the following scheduled training or agreed alternative date.

Certificates are awarded at the end of the course, once you have completed the workbook, Practical class and case studies has been marked by tutor.

How the course will run

You will enjoy lots of hands-on-experience as all your theory is emailed to you to study at home, allowing intense practical training dates. So your courses will be set out as follows you will have 6 hours home study, 1 Day Practical and 6 case studies to completed and sent to your tutor to be marked, once your work has been graded you will have your certificate sent to you by email. Please be patient when your work is being marked it could take up to 14 working days for the tutor to get back to you.

 

Health and Safety

Students are required to inform Emz4masseg of any medical problems prior to booking the course. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that you have no medical problems that will stop you from performing or having treatments that you have chosen to learn. If your tutor deems it a health and safety risk for you to continue the course, you will forfeit all course costs.

Code of Conduct

Emz4massage Training Academy has a strict code of conduct policy where no one can be racists, homophobic, sexist, transphobic or any other hate speech in any format. Failing to comply with this you can be expelled from the course, and you will lose time and money as you will not get a refund.
